Policy and Consultancy Work

Since my graduation in 2020, I have been working as an independent development consultant. 

Over the last three years, I have worked with multilateral financial institutions like the World Bank, local governments, policymakers, non-governmental organizations and private sector clients in North East India on policy analysis, project design & management and strategic planning.

I am interested in 

• generating evidence for better public policies

• supporting knowledge development and dissemination 

• collaborating with leading experts and practitioners in the field

• supporting grassroots organizations 

• addressing issues around poverty, inequality and localization of development.

• North East Leaders Connect , a network of policymakers, business innovators, journalists, social entrepreneurs, educators, healthcare experts, sports personalities, development practitioners from Northeast India.  Led the preparation of the Tawang Declaration and organizing the Young Leaders Connect 2022 Conclave . (2022)
