Community Service
Community service has been an important part of my professional journey. The organizations and initiatives started and thrived because of the commitment and dedication of many volunteers.
Below I share some of the initiatives.
NEIMUN
Founder (2013)
NEIMUN Foundation is a youth-focused leadership development organisation based in North East India. Our goal is to raise a generation of value-driven leaders and to empower them with the skills, knowledge, mentorship, and opportunities to transform North East India. As a youth-focused organization, our priorities are centered around enabling young people to play a role in the actualization of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with a particular emphasis on UNSCR 2250 Youth, Peace, and Security.

World Economic Forum, Global Shapers Kohima Hub
Founding Curator of the Global Shapers Kohima Hub (2015) and Vice curator of Global Shapers Raleigh Hub, North Carolina (2019)
The Global Shapers Kohima hub is an initiative of the World Economic Forum. In each city, teams of Global Shapers self-organize to create initiatives that address local, regional and global challenges. We believe in a world where young people are central to solution-building, policy-making and lasting change.

HELP NAGALAND BREATHE
Founder & Project Lead (2021)
An initiative led by volunteers from the field of medicine, law, engineering, development practitioners, public administration officials, students, and more, spanning across India, the US, UK, Singapore, Spain, and other regions around the world. HNB is supported by many volunteers, well-wishers, international humanitarian assistance organizations, and local NGOs. Our aim is to help the Nagaland COVID Care centers. The needs of Nagaland have been identified in close collaboration with medical experts in Nagaland, personal calls with District Administrations, COVID Care Taskforce of Nagaland, and verified phone calls with District hospitals and COVID Care centres. The relief work ended in January 2022.
